2024-2025 School Year

Enrollment Packets will be distributed on Thursday, April 25, 2024 starting at 8:30am. You must bring proof of Residence to verify. Please fill out the 4-part enrollment application and attach the following:

1) Proof of Birth (Certificate, Passport)

2) Most Current Immunization Record:

(5 DTaP, 4 Polio, 3 HepB, 2 MMR, & 2 Varicella)

3) Proof of Residence (Copy of lease/rental agreement,

Utility bills, Property Taxes, ETC.)

4) Guardian Identification

Tour Dates for the 23-24 school year are November 2nd at 8:30am, February 7, 2024 at 3pm, March 7, 2024 at 8:30am and our last tour is April 4, 2024 at 3pm.

SIBLING ENROLLMENT - Friday, April 26, 2024, beginning at 8:30 am – 4:00pm, in person, at the main office.

NEW FAMILY ENROLLMENT - Monday, April 29, 2024 at 8:30am to 4:00pm. We will be opening the Ohio gate at 7:40am and you will be led into the Auditorium and be given a number. Enrollment packets that are complete will be processed in the order they are received, until all classes are fully enrolled.
